ABSTRACT
The injection molding is one of the most common processes used to produce plastic parts. It is a cyclic process of rapid mold filling followed by cooling
and ejection. In the injection molding, the most important part is the injection mold. This instrument gives that closed cavity which forms the features of the
plastic parts. Nowadays the mold design and development is prepared by the help of different simulation software to reduce the time and cost of producing
a new mold. The automotive industry uses a lot of polymer products which molds made traditional methods without simulation. In some cases these molds
do not work at optimum. Therefore it is necessary to optimize the process or modify the cavity. In this presentation I will show some examples the usage
of Autodesk Moldflow Insight simulation software in disposal of industrial problems.
